Rebecca has 20 years’ experience in Corporate Law, having started her career as at Lawrence Graham LLP (now Gowling WLG) where she worked in the Corporate Team advising on Equity Capital Markets transactions and public and private M&A.
Rebecca also spent a year working in the Corporate Finance department at Arbuthnot Securities advising AIM and Main Market companies.
Rebecca joined Liberum from Gowling WLG in 2015 as General Counsel, and was appointed Managing Director, General Counsel and Company Secretary on the merger with Panmure Gordon in May 2024.
