Lauren joined Liberum in July 2020, after over 5 years with the corporate finance team at N+1 Singer.
Lauren has broad UK public markets experience, with a particular strength in advising growing AIM companies across a range of sectors. She has acted on a wide variety of transactions, both on AIM and the Main Market, including IPOs, reverse takeovers and secondary fundraisings, and a range of often complex public market M&A transactions.
Lauren graduated from the University of Birmingham in 2006 with a BSc (Hons) in Economics and is a Qualified Executive for the purposes of the AIM Rules.
