David’s career spans 20 years, during which time he has advised UK listed companies across a range of sectors and market caps.
Before Panmure Liberum, David spent 3 years in the UK investment banking team at Credit Suisse and prior to that was at Jefferies Hoare Govett for 14 years.
He regularly advises PLC boards on capital structure, financing options, strategic opportunities as well as investor targeting and communication.
