Before joining Panmure Liberum, Ben spent 17 years delivering bank debt and capital markets-based solutions to listed and privately owned corporates, PE-backed businesses, financial institutions and project finance entities across the UK and Europe.
He has worked in senior capital markets origination positions for both HSBC and Mizuho, having been instrumental in building HSBC’s mid-market and large corporate lending and capital origination business and, more recently, running Mizuho’s loan capital markets and distribution team in Western Europe.
He began his career at Cadbury Schweppes having acted in various finance roles.
Ben holds a BSc Hons degree in Biochemistry with Neurobiology from the University of Sussex and is a qualified Management Accountant through CIMA.
