Liberum appointed as Nomad and Sole Corporate Broker to Dods Group plc
We are pleased to announce that Liberum has been appointed as Nomad and Sole Corporate Broker to Dods Group plc (“Dods”).
Dods is a market leading business intelligence, data, media, training and events company which historically has helped its clients navigate the complex political and public sector environments across the UK and EU. Its key divisions are business intelligence, events and media.
A key part of Dods’ strategy is to acquire complementary businesses in both existing and new sectors and product areas in order to enhance its current offering. As part of this strategy, Dods recently acquired Meritgroup a provider of data services and software code, for £22.4 million. This transformative acquisition will enable Dods to diversify its service offering into faster growing, higher margin activities.
The first Dods branded product, Dods Parliamentary Companion, was published in 1832 and the Group is well established in key areas of the UK and EU political, public sector and special policy area communities. Dods listed on AIM in March 2003.
